By browsing this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order with us. These Terms should be read together with any written quotation, order confirmation, or separate agreement issued by us, which will prevail where there is a conflict.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the website. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is stored, or any connected database.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or free of error. The website is made available on an “as available” basis and we may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

We supply custom and stock packaging products and related services as described on this website or set out in a written quotation. Product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance and may be subject to reasonable variation.

Colours shown on screen may differ from printed or manufactured output due to display settings, substrate, printing process, and finishing. Where exact colour matching is required, please request a physical sample or proof before production.

Quotations are issued on the basis of the specification, quantity, artwork, and delivery requirements provided by you. Any change to that specification may require a revised quotation. Quotations remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.

An order is only accepted once we have issued a written order confirmation or otherwise confirmed acceptance in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order. Requests to amend or cancel a confirmed order must be made in writing and can only be accommodated where production has not already commenced; costs already incurred may remain payable.

Prices are as stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment terms, currency, and any deposit requirements will be set out in your quotation or invoice.

Where prices depend on raw material, tooling, or freight costs, we may adjust a quotation prior to acceptance. Title in the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom packaging is manufactured to the specification you approve. You are responsible for confirming the dimensions, material, structure, finish, quantity, and artwork before production begins.

Because custom items are produced specifically for you, they are generally not returnable or resaleable. Manufacturing tolerances apply to size, material weight, colour, and finished quantity; reasonable variation within industry-standard tolerances does not constitute a defect.

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the format we specify, and for ensuring that you own or are licensed to use all logos, images, text, trademarks, and other content contained in it.

Where a digital proof, physical sample, or dieline is issued, production will not begin until you provide written approval. Once approved, the approved file is the reference for production and we are not responsible for errors contained within approved artwork, including spelling, barcodes, regulatory text, and colour build.

Lead times quoted are estimates based on the specification, approval date, and current production capacity. Production time generally begins after written artwork approval and receipt of any required payment.

Lead times may be affected by changes to specification, delayed approvals, material availability, or events outside our reasonable control. We will notify you of any material change to an estimated completion date as soon as reasonably practicable.

Delivery arrangements, incoterms, and any associated charges will be confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for ensuring that the delivery location can receive the consignment. Please inspect goods on receipt and notify us in writing of any shortage, damage, or discrepancy within the period stated on your documentation so that we can investigate with the carrier.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, layout, photography, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the artwork and brand assets you supply to us and grant us a limited licence to use them for the purpose of quoting, producing, and fulfilling your order. Dielines, structural designs, and tooling created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from the supply of goods or services. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for satisfying yourself that the packaging specified is suitable for your product, your intended use, and any regulatory requirements applicable to your market.

Any personal information collected through this website or in the course of processing an enquiry or order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
